Charlotte is the Student Welfare Officer at the College of Europe. She serves as the first point of contact for students seeking support on wellbeing related concerns and offers first-line advice while helping them find the right external professional support when needed. She offers low-threshold confidential chats, organises and coordinates wellbeing activities (yoga classes, meditation, psycho-educational workshops,...) and contributes to inclusion and diversity efforts on campus, including policies and practices that foster accessible and supportive environment.

Stanislav Svačinka

Masaryk University

Stanislav graduated in psychology from Masaryk University and completed his PhD in clinical psychology, focusing on psychotherapy and public health. He works at Masaryk University Counselling Centre, where he provides consultations to students and co-facilitates therapeutic support groups. He runs a private therapeutic practice for adults. He is currently completing training in solution-focused psychotherapy. At the Faculty of Social Studies, Masaryk University, he teaches Fundamentals of Academic Reading and Writing.

Irena Pedro Hladečková

Irena graduated in Psychosocial Studies, Science of Religion and Irish studies at Charles University and Cork University. She is the Student Advisor in Augustin Centre, which provides support to students with special needs. She is responsible for assessing the needs of applicants and students with visual impairments, learning disabilities and physical disabilities, setting up specific types of study support, and coordinating the implementation of the support via communication with tutors in individual departments of the university. She also collaborates on a project focused on inclusion.

Kaja is originally from Poland and currently based in Brussels, with over six years of experience in student and youth organisations. As Vice President for Governance of the Erasmus Student Network, she coordinates internal governance processes, volunteer engagement and well-being, and membership development across the Network. Having experienced international mobility through Erasmus+ exchanges herself, she is passionate about student engagement, volunteering, and fostering inclusive and supportive environments for young people. To the panel, she will bringing perspectives from international student communities and volunteer-led initiatives.
