This registration form for Central European Joint Infodays 2025 is intended for staff of Czech higher education institutions only. Please be aware that for some questions bellow there is additional information included under the "?" symbol.

Registration does not automatically ensure participation in the event. Participants will be selected on the basis of information inluded in this form and will be informed in the first half of October. As the event is organized as a TCA, accommodation for one night and meals during the event will be covered by the organizers. Participants are expected to cover their travel costs.

The whole event is open to higher education institutions from Austria, Czechia, Hungary, Slovakia and Slovenia. Also, HEIs from Kosovo, Colombia and Malaysia will take part in the event. List of those institutions is already available at this link and in this form you have the possibility to preliminarily indicate your interest in bilateral meetings with these institutions. All selected participants will later have the possibility to indicate interest in bilateral meetings also with participating EU HEIs.
