This registration form for Central European Joint Infodays 2025 is intended for staff of Czech higher education institutions only. Please be aware that for some questions bellow there is additional information included under the "?" symbol.

Registration does not automatically ensure participation in the event. After the registration closes on 30 September, participants will be selected based on the information provided here, including their motivation for participation. A balanced representation of higher education institutions that express interest in the event will also be taken into account. Selection results will be send out in the first half of October. As the event is organized as a TCA, accommodation for one night and meals during the event will be covered by the organizers. Participants are expected to cover their travel costs.

The whole event is open to higher education institutions from Austria, Czechia, Hungary, Slovakia and Slovenia. Also, HEIs from Kosovo, Colombia and Malaysia will take part in the event. List of those institutions is already available at this link and in this form you have the possibility to preliminarily indicate your interest in bilateral meetings with these institutions. All selected participants will later have the possibility to indicate interest in bilateral meetings also with participating EU HEIs.
